I was introduced to Jack Weinstein many years ago. I have found him to be one of the best in the business. HE IS A GRACIOUS AS HE IS HONEST. Jack made a beautiful set of tahitian pearl, diamond earings for my wife to match a neckless he made the previous year. We went out on New Years Eve and when we got home, realized one of her new earings was missing. I called Jack and told him I needed a replacement. He said bring in the earing so he can duplicate it. (These were one of a kind earings.) When I asked him what I owed, he said Happy New Year. How many jewelers do you know would do that?

Went into the Sahara location to buy an engagement ring and met Jack. He took the time to help me select the perfect ring. The ring is beautiful and Cynthia loves it. We went in to the same store to have it sized and Jack came out to meet Cynthia to ask her about the ring. When we came back to have the wedding band attached to the engagement ring, Nancy made sure to tell me that the ring could be engraved - and had everything done in less than a day. There was a minor problem with the alignment, but Jack immediately took care of that when we went back in to ask about it. The ring was adjusted and back to us that same day. The ring is exquisite and the service at Tower of Jewels is superb! We will be returning to Tower of Jewels for any future jewelry purchases. Thank you

After pricing other jewelers around town to size and solder my ring, I found the Tower of Jewels on Sahara. My father has been there several times many years ago and my brother purchased his engagement ring there. My father asked if Jack Weinstein would be able to see us and upon being called, he came out of his office immediately. I showed him my wedding bands that were two sizes too small with lots of dents from 11 years of wear and tear and he said that he would take care of it right then and there. I was so happy because I had been wearing them too small for my finger for so long. Jack gave me and my parents such personal attention and I felt so honored to have the owner helping me with my wedding bands. Within a few minutes, Jack returned with my wedding bands and I was ecstatic to finally have my rings fitting me properly and soldered together as one piece. I feel like I did when I first received my rings, all beautiful and sparkling as if brand new! Jack is an amazingly humble person and I am forever a Tower of Jewels customer! Thank you for reminding me of how beautiful and important my wedding bands are to me.

I went to get my watched sized...they were so quick and did an amazing job. Wendi also was extremely informational and educated me on my wedding ring, which I then got it cleaned and it looks amazing! I appreciated all the personal time Wendi gave me.

I went into the Galleria store on 12/21/11 to check on having a diamond necklace fixed. Newell came to my service and went way beyond what I would have thought would have happened. Not only have I waited 2 years to have this beautiful pendant fixed, but Newell took care of it for me and had all the loose stones fixed while I waited. Simply put, the friendly and professional staff at their Rampart location always finds a way to make it happen for anything I need. This holds especially true for custom designs and special requests, in addition to normal in-stock purchases. I never have the need to shop elsewhere.

We purchased our wedding rings from Tower of Jewels in June 2010. Each and every time I visit Las Vegas its a must that I visit my favorite jewelry store and sales person ( Tower of Jewels and Newell Olmstead ). Several years back Newell helped me design a beautiful anniversary ring to match my wedding set. I love it. This time I was looking for something special for my husband our some had joined the marines and was going away so Newell designed a beautiful cross made of the bullets our son uses and a marine emblem on the frount. I'm sure it will bring lots of tears at Christmas but he will love and treasure it. Newell & Fern at the galleria location has been so great they have customized my 10th year wedding anniversary ring at a really really good price and great quality.

I went to Tower of Jewels inside galleria to look for a specific style of engagement ring. I spoke with Newell Olmstead who told me they could create the ring I wanted in a few days for a good price. When I went to pick up the ring I noticed there were spacing issues with some of the diamonds. I showed them the problem and they fixed it within a couple of days, and it looked great. Overall I was given a good deal on a custom ring which was completed in a relatively short time frame and I was treated respectably.

I went to Tower of Jewels to have a watch battery replaced. The sales associate who greeted me was Etienne Souagui. He was so pleasant and courteous. Even though I was not in the store to purchase any jewelry, he treated me as a very valued customer. Thanks so much, Etienne!

I went into the store today to see about replacing a .02 point diamond in my ring. I was greeted by Newell Olmstead who was very pleasant to work with. He gave me a brochure for my VIP card and sent my ring to get an estimate on how much it would cost to build up the gold on the sides of the diamonds so I wont have the problem of loosing my diamonds any more. I will wait for the estimate and hopefully be able to have it fixed like new. I also love the no charge for battery service.

Today I visited the tower of jewels at galleria mall, in hopes of getting my watch repaired. After going into a couple of stores I had been previously referred to tower of Jewels. I am so happy I chose this store because the service I recieved was so amazing. It was such a nice surprise to get a warm welcome and meet someone who was genuinely interested in helping me. Not only did Newell repair my watch but he did it all at no charge. I wasn't expecting that at all, especially during such a busy season. I will definatly be shopping here again.

One of our favorite rituals when we visit our local mall(Henderson, NV called "The Galleria Mall") is to stop by and check in with "The Tower of Jewels". We enjoy seeing the new items and often just stop in to say hi. On our last occasion, we wanted to use our membership credits we received for signing up with the club card. We hadn't planned on spending a great deal of money as we were just wanting to use up the credits. Even though we weren't bringing a huge volume of business to the employees, we were greeted and handled with the same level of importance. Both employees who went the extra mile to help us (Khom Thoun & Chris Green) were extremely attentive and supportive of our choices. This is by far, the most effective approach for customer service you could EVER offer. Because of both employees, we will be making all of our future purchases of higher value through them by name. While all the employees there are extremely like-able, we were fortunate enough to have two super-stars really spoil us. We thank you all for being the type of people who truly care and truly want to make a difference in the world with such great attitudes.. thumbs up to you all! We look forward to our next visit!

There is nothing that could be improved about the Tower of Jewels - well, maybe if they gave away diamond tiaras, but that wouldn't be fair to this absolutely wonderful business.
